Stock Photo - 06 June 2019, Saxony-Anhalt, Havelberg: A jackdaw flies to a niche in the western building of the cathedral Sankt Marien zu Havelberg. The cathedral, originally built in the Romanesque style, dates back to 1150. After a fire in the second half of the 13th century, the cathedral was furnished in Gothic style. Jackdaws are rather small raven-birds. The cathedral St. Marien is currently flown by dozens of jackdaws. In the niches of the west building you will find ideal resting places.
