The kale is grown according to strict organic farming standards, without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilizers. On about nine hectares, the family farm in the north of Potsdam grows vegetables and fruit. The fresh produce is sold in the farm store in Florastrasse, at markets and as a subscription box.
