The agricultural business was taken over by the Irish Costello family in 2014. Since two years the agricultural company has been converted to the Irish pasture system without stables. Thus, the cows of the Jersey/Holstein Friesian breed remain on the pastures all year round. The farm covers an area of 1600 hectares, including 400 hectares of grassland and more than 1100 hectares of arable land and orchard meadows.
