Stock Photo - 08 April 2022, Saxony-Anhalt, Trüben: Large wooden crosses stand in front of the Romanesque Easter Church from 1170. The Easter Church is part of three other themed churches in the Vorflämig, a Christmas Church, a Hymnal Church and a Bible Church, and is intended to bring new visitors to the old unused places of worship. The Communion Church is designed as an art object and shows, among other things, a communion picture with Jesus in a former mortuary, his burial place, an installation showing the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem and a large wooden cross, which is intended to symbolize the crucifixion of Jesus and his journey with the cross to his place of execution. The theme churches are intended to invite historical discovery, spiritual encounter and space for inner contemplation. Photo: Waltraud Grubitzsch/dpa-Zentralbild/ZB. - Trüben/Saxony-Anhalt/Germany
