The bus driver initially lost his way in the residential area, the police said. To get his bearings, he got out of the car for a moment. When the 53-year-old then noticed that the bus was rolling on with a single passenger, he quickly got on the bus again and confused the accelerator and brake pedals in a hurry. Thereupon he rammed two parked vehicles, then drove over a sidewalk and finally against the house wall, the police informed further.
