According to SAB, the new building will house around 500 workplaces, 200 of which will initially be occupied. Later, around 400 employees are to work in Leipzig. The elaborate building, designed by a London architectural firm, cost around 165 million euros. Originally, 107 million euros plus a risk premium had been assumed.
