Stock Photo - 11 July 2022, Brandenburg, Potsdam: Senior boss Hartmut Schüler of the Florahof organic vegetable farm harvests yellow zucchini in one of his fields. On about nine hectares, the family farm in the north of Potsdam grows vegetables and fruit. New crops include sweet potatoes, artichokes, the rare plant ""asparagus salad"" and yakon. The produce is sold in the farm store, at selected markets, as a subscription box and for top gastronomy. The crops are grown and harvested according to strict organic standards.
