Stock Photo - 11 October 2023, Saxony, Chemnitz: A Horch F9 model car with a two-stroke engine and 1.3 hp is on display in a small special exhibition of children's vehicles at the Chemnitz Industrial Museum. The model was manufactured between 1955 and 1956 at the VEB Horch Kraftfahrzeug- und Motorenwerk Zwickau and varied by the Paul Schütze forwarding company from Zwickau. ""Mobile Kindeträume"" is the title of the show, which will be on display until November 5, 2023. In cooperation with children's vehicle collector Eckart Holler and the Pohl-Ströher depot, the presentation provides insight into more than 70 years of mobile children's worlds. An unimagined range of creativity, inventive talent and technical know-how can be found in the miniature cars, some of which were produced as one-offs, later also in small series, and which not only make children's hearts beat faster. The exhibits are also a reflection of the development of mobility, society and pedagogy. Photo: Hendrik Schmidt/dpa. - Chemnitz/Saxony/Germany
