Stock Photo - 11 October 2023, Saxony, Chemnitz: The ""Bambino"" pedal car with a sheet steel body is on display in a small special exhibition of children's vehicles at the Chemnitz Industrial Museum. The model was manufactured around 1964 at Werner Bächtiger KG in Dessau. ""Mobile Kindeträume"" is the title of the show, which will be on display until November 5, 2023. In cooperation with children's vehicle collector Eckart Holler and the Pohl-Ströher depot, the presentation provides insight into more than 70 years of mobile children's worlds. An unimagined range of creativity, inventive talent and technical know-how can be found in the miniature cars, some of which were produced as one-offs, later also in small series, and which not only make children's hearts beat faster.
