On Saturday (15.01.) this year's ski season will be officially launched at Fichtelberg. Due to Corona, the ski area is only open to vaccinated and recovered skiers (2G); a mask must be worn when queuing at the lift and in the lift itself. The 2G status will be checked before purchasing the ski pass as well as in the ski area. For this purpose, a control point and a central sales point for lift tickets will be set up in the parking lot of the Fichtelberg cable car.
