Their body temperature is highly dependent on the ambient temperature. As a result of mild temperatures, these animals are slowly becoming active again. As soon as the night temperatures no longer drop below six degrees, the toads, toads, newts, salamanders and frogs begin their spring migration to the spawning grounds.
