In heavy rain, several cars crashed into each other on the A1 and six people were injured. On Friday evening, a car skidded on the highway towards Bremen between Ladbergen and Lengerich and subsequently collided with two other cars, according to a police spokesman. Three other vehicles were damaged by subsequent accidents or debris on the roadway. Two people were seriously injured in the accident, one of whom was trapped in his vehicle.
