The houses in the park at Zenssee are part of the former Hohenlychen sanatoriums and are to be renovated and converted into apartments. In the former sanatorium, 40 percent of the houses have already been renovated, there are holiday apartments for two, four and six people, and 44 barrier-free rental apartments have also been developed and most of them are already occupied. Because of its urban, historical and architectural significance, the complex is on the Brandenburg monument list.
