The 26-year-old man accused of the death of three pedestrians stayed away from the start of the trial at the Kiel Regional Court on Monday morning. The accused is to have come in January 2021 under influence of drugs and without driver's license with the car with excessive speed in a long-drawn out right curve from the roadway and to have seized a pedestrian group on the sidewalk.
