A car has burned on a country road near Engelsbrand (Enzkreis). The 22-year-old female driver was able to save herself from the car on Wednesday evening and remained uninjured, according to police. The woman had seen flames rising from the engine compartment. She stopped the car at an intersection and slightly damaged another car. A road user rushed to help with a fire extinguisher. But neither he nor the fire department could prevent the car from burning out completely. According to the police, the damage to property amounts to around 5,000 euros.
