A selection committee has decided in favor of corresponding plans of Primus Immobilien AG from Berlin, the city announced on the same day. The almost 6000 square meters not far from the Ozeaneum had been vacant for decades. According to the city, buildings in timber construction are planned on the seaward side between the warehouses, which resemble old gabled houses in shape.
