Stock Photo - 19 August 2020, Bavaria, Feldafing: The island villa, the so-called casino, and the white-blue glass column with the sculpture of a girl with parrot on the Rose Island in Lake Starnberg. The column and sculpture were a gift from the Prussian King Friedrich Wilhelm IV to his cousin Marie of Prussia and her husband, the Bavarian King Maximilian II. The estate had been built by Maximilian II and has been owned by the Free State of Bavaria since 1970. The island with its park was a place of refuge for Bavaria's ""fairy-tale king"" Ludwig II. A ferryboat crosses over to the island from 1 May to 15 October. Photo: Jens Kalaene/dpa-Zentralbild/ZB. - Feldafing/Bavaria/Germany
