The arrangement of a ""speed 10 zone"" in Berlin streets is not permitted. This was decided by the Berlin-Brandenburg Higher Administrative Court. Since there is no ""Tempo-10-Zone"" traffic sign in the road traffic regulations and in the official traffic sign catalogue, there cannot be an arrangement of a traffic-calmed area in this form either, the justification was stated.
