Stock Photo - 23 April 2020, Brandenburg, Neuruppin: The temple garden in Neuruppin (Brandenburg) is deserted. The garden was originally laid out in 1732 for the Prussian Crown Prince Frederick (later Frederick the Great, also called Alter Fritz), who was assigned here by his father as chief of Infantry Regiment No. 15. The many baroque figures still date from this time. The garden was given its present form by the Neuruppin merchant family Gentz, who had it redesigned in 1853 in the then modern Moorish style to become a public park in memory of Old Fritz's stay in Neuruppin.
