The shipyard has been leased back from the insolvency administrator until the end of 2023 by submarine builder Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems (TKMS) - which had previously taken over the insolvent company. The 75 percent completed ship remains in the building dock. A buyer is still being sought for the cruise giant, which is to accommodate just under 10,000 people.
