On the roof of the church landed on March 11, 2023 again a white stork that has already moved into the stork nest there for the seventh time. The stork was ringed on June 24, 2013 in Bad Nauheim-Steinfurth and is therefore 10 years old. Bird experts can determine this from the number on the animal's ring. On March 23, 2023, a female white stork joined it. In the meantime, there are several eggs in the nest which are incubated continuously. Frohse is a district of the city of Schönebeck on the Elbe.
