Stock Photo - 25 June 2021, Saxony, Chemnitz: In the Chemnitz Art Collections, the designer Karl Clauss Dietel stands behind a display case with models for the Trabant P601 N passenger car (station wagon), 1979/80 (above) and the Wartburg 353 Coupé passenger car, 1965/66, which he designed together with the designer Lutz Rudolph. Entitled ""Simson, Diamant, Erika - Form Design by Karl Clauss Dietel"", the show provides an insight into the designer's oeuvre. Aware of the importance of a cohesive oeuvre, Dietel archived his life's work for decades and in 2019 handed it over in its entirety to the care of the Städtische Kunstsammlungen.
