The Libbenichen organic gardeners, who grow vegetables according to strict Demeter guidelines, produce around 5000 bowls of the vitamin-rich green sprouts every week. Connoisseurs appreciate the high vitamin C content of garden cress, its appetite-stimulating, antibiotic and blood-forming properties. The cress is destined for a wholesaler in Berlin.
