The museum shows the collection of the couple Knepper who saved the 300 year old house from decay. In 1997 the museum was opened in which innumerable articles of daily use from the past centuries can be seen. In a renovated barn is the ""Gallery of Silent Toilets"", an extensive collection of toilets. In the main house you can admire the functioning of different mousetraps.
