Lithuania is reintroducing people checks at its borders around the Nato summit in July. At border crossings with Latvia and Poland, as well as airports and ports, documents of travelers, including those from the Schengen area, will again be checked from July 7, 8 a.m., to July 13, 8 a.m.. This was decided by the government of the Baltic EU and NATO country on Wednesday in Vilnius. The NATO summit in the Lithuanian capital will take place on July 11 and 12.
