The Kiel Regional Court sentenced the man to ten years in prison for jointly committed attempted manslaughter in a crime unit with joint dangerous bodily harm. The accused, together with an accomplice, allegedly hit a man on the head and upper body with a baseball bat in Eckernförde on 30 March 2020. Subsequently, the perpetrators are said to have shot him with a revolver at least four times, twice of which were in the back of the head.
