The Kiel Regional Court sentenced the man to ten years imprisonment for jointly committed attempted manslaughter in deed unit with joint dangerous bodily harm. The accused, together with an accomplice, allegedly hit a man on the head and upper body with a baseball bat in Eckernförde on 30 March 2020. Subsequently, the perpetrators are said to have shot him with a revolver at least four times, twice of which were in the back of the head.
