Amaury Delrez (37) was shot dead in Spa on the night of 25 to 26 August 2018. The accused is Theunissen, who stayed with his brother and an acquaintance in Spa for the Belgian Grand Prix Formula 1 in Francorchamps. The three men got into an argument at an establishment.
