On the recommendation of his defence lawyers, he will not comply with the Swiss call and he has informed the Swiss authorities about this, he said. ""I need to fully defend myself before the Czech court and clean my name. I cannot disappoint my friends who trust me by simply going to prison and terminating the whole MUS story without an appropriate enquiry and clarification,"" Kolacek, 60, said. He said he plans to stay in the Czech Republic and not to travel.In Switzerland, he was sentenced in 2013 to 52 months in prison for fraud, money laundering and breach of trust. He pleads not guilty.
