Stock Photo - Developer UDI Group has completed the Sazava Logistics Park on the D1 motorway near Ostredek, Benesov Region, Czech Republic, June 23, 2023 with the construction cost amounting to Kc1bn. About 300 people have been employed at the complex, and all the four warehouse halls with a total area of 50,000 square metres have been rented. Nagel Group stores food for Czech retailers in the largest hall, swimming-pool retailer Marimex has a central warehouse, logistics firm Emons has a warehouse for the whole of Bohemia, and logistics company WEDO has placed its sorting facility for Czechia and Slovakia in the park.
