Stock Photo - February 28, 2023, Crotone, Calabria, Italy: TRAGIC ILLEGAL MIGRANTS SHIPWRECK: Fears that 100+ victims, many children, died after their boat sank in rough seas off southern Italy coast. 62 migrants dead are confirmed, 12 children among them, including a baby. The vessel, carrying some 200, broke apart while trying to land near Crotone on late Sunday. People from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia, Syria, Iraq and Iran on board. Bodies were recovered from the beach at a nearby seaside resort in the Calabria region.
