Sebastien De Leenheer is accused of having murdered Aurelie Montchery in Chtelet. On Friday November 1, 2019, around 5:25 p.m., the lifeless body of Aurelie Montchery was discovered in the trunk of her car, parked in a garage on rue Vandervelde in Bouffioulx. De Leenheer is also prosecuted for carrying a knife and a dummy pistol, for the theft of the victim's bank card and for having used this card to withdraw the sum of 650 euros. He is also prosecuted for blows to his partner, Aurelie Montchery on several occasions. Blows to a minor are also accused.
