Stock Photo - Madrid, Spain; 08/06/2021.- The National Library is hosting an exhibition on the life and work of Emilia Pardo Bazán, a show that tries to bring together the multiple facets of this crucial figure in the literary history of the late nineteenth century and the first decades of the twentieth century. The Queen has inaugurated this show, ""Emilia Pardo Bazán. The challenge of modernity"" whose death this year marks a century. She is accompanied by the vice president of government Carmen Calvo. Queen Letizia wears a beige dress by Pedro del Hierro. Sleeveless and with a flared skirt, it is a design that premiered in 2019 at the Casa Rosada with the Argentine first lady, Juliana Awada, it has been worn with shoes with snake print and Magrit studs, to match a handbag from the same firm.
