The chairwoman in Hasselt had noted that she was only caught to judge the charges that related to the facts of December 5, 2018 in Vorselaar. It was noted on the court record that the facts committed from the awakening of the shafts in Leuven to the departure to the log cabin in Vorselaar were not submitted to the court's assessment.
