Stock Photo - Prague Archbishop Cardinal Dominik Duka celebrated a mass for the late dissident writer and political prisoner Jiri Stransky, who died at the age of 87 years on May 29, in the Church of Our Lady before Tyn in Prague centre this morning, on Monday, June 10, 2019. Duka mentioned during the mass that Stransky's life had not been a bed of roses, on the contrary, he had been constantly defending the positions that no honest and decent man can abandon. After the mass, the coffin with Stransky's remains will be carried out of the the church and then a horse-drawn carriage will drive it across Old Town Square. The official funeral will take place in the grand hall of the Strasnice crematorium this afternoon. (CTK Photo/Katerina Sulova)
