The ensemble from the year 1969, in which especially to the fairs the state leadership wanted to represent on the good 10,000 square meters large property, became in 1989 briefly a hotel. After that, it fell into disrepair for many years and is now being converted by the real estate company Lewo since 2020. The first tenants will move in in a few weeks.
