Alongside absorbent cotton angels, pine cone gnomes and a absorbent cotton Santa Claus on ice skates, the historic Santa Claus is one of the traditional figurative festive items that were produced in a factory for dummies and Christmas tree decorations in the small town in northern Saxony from 1888 to 1958. The diverse Christmas figures made of non-flammable absorbent cotton and natural materials not only adorned Christmas living rooms in Germany but also overseas.
