This weekend, the GDR living room set up in the Auerbach City Museum will open its door to visitors. A private collector had decided to make his treasures accessible to the public. He had previously collected the items in an 80-square-meter apartment belonging to the Auerbach housing cooperative. The show is based on a new GDR apartment built in the 1980s.
