The Landboden farm has been producing goat's milk for two years with today 2,500 animals, sells it to dairies and has been producing ice cream for a year with now more than ten flavors. Goat ice cream is also well tolerated by lactose-sensitive people and so the farm supplies not only its own farm store but also sales outlets in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Berlin and North Rhine-Westphalia.
