The Landboden farm has been producing goat's milk for two years with 2,500 animals today, selling it to dairies and producing ice cream with more than ten flavors for the past year. Goat ice cream is also well tolerated by lactose-sensitive people, so the farm supplies not only its own farm store but also sales outlets in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Berlin and North Rhine-Westphalia.
