Stock Photo - PRODUCTION - 28 January 2022, Saxony-Anhalt, Quedlinburg: Members of the association Kaiserfrühling Quedlinburg e.V. look at historical costumes in the fundus. The association represents the time of the Ottonian Empire (king elevation of Henry I in 919, until the demise of Emperor Otto III in 1002). In the course of time there were 36 proven stays of the crowned heads in Quedlinburg. The association Kaiserfrühling Quedlinburg e.V. celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. On the occasion of the first documented mention of Quedlinburg by King Henry I 1100 years ago, this historical time is commemorated with many events in the Unesco World Heritage City. The imperial palace of Quedlinburg is considered one of the most historically significant sites of early medieval Germany.
