Farmers are struggling with higher costs and uncertainties in consumer behavior, but there is also confidence at the start of the season. In the fields, harvest workers have pricked the first asparagus spears. But for the upcoming Easter, the local vegetables in Brandenburg will probably only be available in small quantities.
