The NCOZ also intervened in the home of senior government ANO deputy head Jaroslav Faltynek today, but Faltynek's defence lawyer Josef Bartoncik said his client was not suspected of anything. The CzechToll/SkyToll consortium won a tender for a new toll operator in 2019. Kapsch challenged the tender result, but the UOHS confirmed the new contract's validity. Kapsch turned to court then.
