The Gotha Tafelaltar - a monumental picturebook of the Reformation period) at the Herzogliches Museum in Gotha, Germany, 27 July 2017. The recently restored Gotha altar comprises 160 picture panels representing the life of Christ and bible texts. The alterpiece was produced in around 1540 in the workshop of artist Heinrich Fuellmaurer (1500 - 1548). The exhibition opens on 29 July and runs until 5 November.
