Coronation Souvenirs for Overseas Visitors: Just as soon as the date of the Coronation was announced manufacturers started to make souvenirs and now Gift and Souvenir shops in London and other large cities are already doing a brisk trade, especially with overseas visitors, who, although they will not be in England for next year's Coronation, want to take souvenirs back home with them. At Lay and Lay, souvenir shop in Trafalgar Square, there is a constant stream of visitors mostly from the Commonwealth of the Coronation Coach and of the Crown of England, trays, brooches and other souvenirs in connection with the great occasion.
