She is 23 year old Sheila O'Neil who dances every night in the West End show 'Paint your Wagon'. As a child Sheila was keen rider, spent all her spare time in the saddle and was regarded as a promising horsewoman. Five years ago she was stricken with polio, her patience and perseverance proved the doctors who said she would never dance again, completely wrong. On the opening night of 'Paint your Wagon' the audience held up the show for five minutes while Sheila returned to take a bow. Sheila O'Neill lives in a trim little bachelor flat off marble Arch, she does all her own household chores, and for relaxation likes to read books on ballet and horse-riding, her two chief loves. Photo shows on the strength of her success, Sheila O'Neill decided to buy some new curtains, having got the material she makes them up herself at her flat in Marble Arch.
