Stock Photo - 1968 - A Nun was the best at the examination for Masters of Brewery in Bavaria: That she knows her business, and this better then 'the others' demonstrated sister Doris in her way: at the examination for masters of brewery in Ulm, the 26 years old nun from Lower Bavaria 'beat' all her (male) 'competitors', there were 30 of them. She got the best result at the examination, a '1'. Now, the nun of the Order of the Poor Franciscans leads the small brewery of the convent, which produces 15,000 hl per year. This is of course not much but therefore the beer is only for the own requirements of the convent. Sister Doris however, does not drink beer - she prefers a cup of coffee.
