Durham - yesterady clutching her mother's hand - and settled down to her first Permanent Wave. Heirdresser Pat Gilchrist said that the perm took almost an hour - and Heather - who is twenty months old was as 'good as gold' - in fact - the perfect customer no complaints. Her mother - Mrs . Nora wife of a garage mechanic - says that Heather's hair is straight and so she will have a perm at least once a year.
