Stock Photo - 1968 - The Donkey that came to dinner.: Australians are perhaos not so well known for their tabke manners, but surely Mr and Mrs Roger Davis from Sydney have gone a bit too far. For sitting with them at their table for all meals is Bells a five-months old donkey. She cam to the family after being rejected by her mother at birth, and has been hand raised by Mr. Davis. In return for her share of the good life, Bells give the Davis youngsters, Kyla and Benita free donkey rides - indoors as well as out in the paddocks. Donkies have life expectancies of 50 years, so Bells will no doubt improve her table manners - ans who knows she might even learn the use of a knife and fork. She already wears a serviette. Ready for dinner, Balls wears her napkin as she approach the table. (Credit Image: © Keystone Pictures USA/ZUMAPRESS.com)
