At Wednesday-evening 18.33 o'clock a not named person came to an police-office in Düsseldorf and declared, in the Chinese restaurant 'Shanghai' a terrorist is sitting. At 18.40 o'clock three police-cars went to the restaurant, under them a civil-car. Two young policemen in civil-dress went into the restaurant and at the moment only one other guests was in the local they tried to arrest the supposed terrorist. Willy Peter Stoll drew his big-calibrated gun, but the policeman were quicker and shot the terrorist in his left hand, left arm and in his breast. Willy Peter Stoll died in the same night.
